Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.
Returns & Eligibility
Items must be returned in unused, next-to-new condition, with a copy of your order details included (for example: Order #1234 clearly written or printed, with the barcode visible).
We understand that trying a coat on an animal may result in minor animal hair or light handling marks — this is absolutely fine.
Items showing signs of outdoor use, prolonged wear, washing, heavy soiling, or damage may be refused or returned to sender.
Swaps (Size Changes)
The fastest and easiest way to change size is to place a new order for the correct size and return the original item for a refund. This avoids delays and ensures availability.
Refunds
Simply return the item(s) you do not want with a copy of your order details included so we can match your return correctly.
Once your return is received, please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Fit my llama/alpca mix pretty good. I went off the measurements and ive gotten some before that say they will fit by measurements and didnt so im thrilled to say this one fits him. Quick delivery as well. Definitely recommend
Unfortunately bought for alpacas but No use they are way too big around the chest and slip on their back ends but did find the use for our sheep which they fit well
I bought this coat, size xxl for my 80kg male Great Dane. It covers him well and stays in place when he’s running around like a fool! Water just sits in little balls on it. It has a warm fleece underneath and I’m hopeful that it’ll wash well.
Thick and not too hard to put on. Our older ladies are not used to being handled. Once we caught them we were able to put on the jackets within a couple minutes. The alpacas seemed to like them so far. Great deal and incredibly fast shipping! Will definitely recommend!!
I purchased these waterproof alpaca coats from #homesteadfarmsupplies made by #animac-wear and they are quality. Robust, easy to fit, breathable, adjustable, and seemingly comfortable (our alpaca are not in the slightest fazed). Significantly it provides peace of mind and reassurance that our herd are warm and not shivering during this cold snap. Recommended!
Ordered my coat around Xmas time but due to the backdate of post it got delayed. Nathan sent me out another coat to arrive in time for my sick alpaca who is 13 years old and has no body weight to keep warm. Safe to say she looks very snazzy and I’m so pleased with the quality of the coat! Will deffo be purchasing more
I got a size too big when the other sizes were sold out but the straps were easy to adjust and still worked well on my older alpaca (about 165 pounds).

You are welcome to send me pictures so I can help figure out if the coat is too small, or faulty or just not right for your breed.
I am very pleased with my alpaca coat for our girl Tandy. It fits her perfectly. She is an adult female 15 years old. I am disappointed in the fact that, however, I was offered the opportunity to buy another one at checkout and I chose to do that, but it never went through so I only got one. Oh well, thank you.
First time using this brand jacket for one of our senior alpacas. It fits really well, better than the brand we had been using. The leg straps are a must or it will ride forward, but the clasps on the straps make it easy to put on and the alpaca doesn't seem to mind them. Will definitely be buying more.

The coat fits my alpaca really well she is 18 and very skinny so trying to help keep the weight on her. The only problem is my other 2 alpacas won’t go near her now but that’s ok as there overweight so she is eating all the food
