Order Processing
Orders are typically picked and dispatched within 24–48 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.

Delivery Services

  • Economy Service: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Express Service: Delivery typically takes 2 business days from the time your parcel is collected from our Texas warehouse, excluding public holidays.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control may affect delivery times.

Swaps & Returns

At AniMac, you can shop with confidence. If something isn’t quite right, returns are simple and straightforward.

Items can be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions below.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in unused, next-to-new condition, with a copy of your order details included (for example: Order #1234 clearly written or printed, with the barcode visible).

  • We understand that trying a coat on an animal may result in minor animal hair or light handling marks — this is absolutely fine.

  • Items showing signs of outdoor use, prolonged wear, washing, heavy soiling, or damage may be refused or returned to sender.

Swaps (Size Changes)

The fastest and easiest way to change size is to place a new order for the correct size and return the original item for a refund.
This avoids delays and ensures availability.

Refunds

Simply return the item(s) you do not want with a copy of your order details included so we can match your return correctly.

Once your return is received, please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and processing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
