Returns Window

We offer a 60-day return window, meaning items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in unused, next-to-new condition, with original paperwork included (order number and barcode clearly visible).

We understand that trying a coat on an animal may result in minor animal hair or light handling marks, which is acceptable.
Items showing signs of outdoor use, prolonged wear, washing, heavy soiling, damage, or misuse may be refused or returned to sender.

How to Return an Item

Returns do not require prior approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining your tracking number, as we are unable to locate or process returns that do not arrive at our warehouse.

Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive the correct item is to return the original item and place a new order for the desired size or product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or declined.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 7–14 business days for inspection and processing after the return arrives

After approval, it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund

Order Changes & Cancellations

Our website is fully integrated with our warehouse systems, and orders begin processing automatically once placed.
For this reason, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
